Baghouse dust collector works together with a biomass pellet burner to achieve better combustion and emission effect.
A baghouse dust collector is a dry, high-efficiency dust removal device that uses porous bag-shaped filter elements. It has high dust removal efficiency (98%-99% for 0.1μm particles), strong adaptability and flexible use. Its simple structure, stable operation, easy dust recovery, and simple maintenance make it popular. Therefore, in different industries it is the most competitive dust removal equipment.
A baghouse dust collector is a dry filtration device. After using the filter material for a period, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface due to effects like screening, collision, retention, diffusion, and electrostatics. This layer, called the initial layer, becomes the main filtering layer, allowing even larger pore filter materials to achieve high filtration efficiency. As dust accumulates, both the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase. When the pressure difference across the filter material becomes too large, fine dust particles may be squeezed through. This would reduce system efficiency. Excessive resistance also significantly reduces the airflow of the dust collection system. Therefore, timely cleaning is necessary when resistance reaches a certain level, without damaging the initial layer to avoid efficiency loss.
