Wuji County Zhenghao Leather Co., Ltd., a famous local tannery, was founded in 2004-11-11, located in Wuji County Zhangduan Gu village. Their main business is leather and footwear, the business scope includes: leather and fur processing and sales.
What We Did for Them
A 6-ton biomass pellet burner system
Low emmission: Soot less than 30mgm3, SO2 less than 50mgm3, NOx less than 200mgm3, very close to the emission standard of natural gas.
Energy saving: Take the current coal heating cost as “1”, then the cost of natural gas is about 2.4, fuel is 2.5, electricity is 5.4, and biomass pelleted fuel is only 1.4, meanwhile it achieves at least more than 80% thermal efficiency and also reaches a clean emission close to gas combustion.
