Jilin Xingliang Grain Reserve Co., Ltd. started to run on January 16, 2001. And its registration was in Kalun Economic Development Zone, Jiutai District. Their business scope: grain purchase; grain and oil storage services; manufacturing of special equipment for agricultural and sideline food processing. They also provide General cargo warehousing services (excluding hazardous chemicals and other items subject to license approval); Fertilizer sales.
What We Did for Them
After a three-month continuous experiment, the coal-fired dryer of Xingliang Grain Reserve in Changchun City, connected to the VG biomass pellet burner fully met the requirements of environmental protection standards.
After installation, the equipment ran stably, realized the automatic chain of dryer and burner. The experimental conditions were: precipitation condition of 9.5% and daily raw fuel production of 417 tons, and corn straw fuel comsumption of 60 kg. Therefore, boiler exhaust gas was tested by Jilin Tongsheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Jilin Qinghua Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The result showed the boiler exhaust gas fully met the air pollutant emission standards.
